1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

2 1/2 cups vegetable/chicken stock

2 tablespoons almond butter (or sunbather)

1 tablespoons Agave

2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1/2 cup sweet potato

1 teaspoon salt

Package of Turkey Meatballs (or regular meatballs)

Southwestern Slaw

2 cups Slaw Mix

2 Cups shredded purple cabbage

1/4 cup cilantro

1 cup shredded carrots

1/2 tablespoon agave (or honey)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Juice of 1 Lime
