Genie's Turkey Hot Dogs

Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey

1/4 cup graded parmesan cheese

1 tbsp bread crumbs

2 tbsp olive oil

1 egg

1/2 yellow onion - finely minced

3 garlic cloves

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper 

2 tbsp fresh parsley

1 tsp Mint

Greek Salsa:

2 Large Cucumbers

5 Roma Tomatoes

1/2 Large Red Onion

1/4 cup Kalamata Olives, Pitted

1/3 Cup Feta Cheese ​

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Juice of 1 Lemon

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Dried Oregano

1/2 tsp Dried Basil

Fresh Parsley

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 1/4 Cups Greek Yoghurt

2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1/2 Garlic Clove, Minced

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 Tsp salt/Pepper
