About the Program
IGrow Your Leadership is an innovative course for high school students to grow their leadership skills through real-world challenges and STEAM projects. Participants will explore hands-on activities tied to sustainability and problem-solving, culminating in a full-day Prototype Challenge where they present their ideas to industry leaders.

Format: 4 weekly virtual sessions (90 minutes each) + full-day onsite Prototype Challenge.

Cost: $100 per participant

Includes: Leadership coaching, STEAM activities, and opportunities to present ideas to leaders and changemakers.
